Tactical Edge is a program designed for Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, Rescue Services, Tactical games athletes, and more. Athletes can expect a strength and power program with a focus on mobility and mitigation of key health risks in these career fields. General fitness is huge in these fields and yet, many people do not possess an optimal fitness level for the job they signed up for. Tactical Edge will not only strive to improve the athlete’s strength and make them more powerful but also give them the tools to fuel and recover properly. Tactical Edge will use philosophies from Husker Power, Postural Restoration, and much more.
