Diet Improvement Nutrition

NEW to Xplosive Edge this year is our diet improvement seminar. This will be a 4-part series. Within the first session we will debunk common food and diet myths, discuss a whole food approach to eating, and end with a Q&A session. Session two will dive into food choices and meal prep, session three will provide insight on how to set up a plan to achieve your goals, and session four will provide tips on how to maintain your new lifestyle!
