We aim to do this in a competitive, high-energy, exciting, and motivational atmosphere. Our staff is not composed of supervisors, rather professional coaches! At the same time, while increasing performance, we will significantly reduce your athletes chances of sports injury as well as teach each athlete proper nutritional fueling tactics.
This article about Boyd Epley published yesterday in the Lincoln Journal Star is a direct reflection of Xplosive Edge and some of the athletes that we have trained that now compete for the Huskers! Kadie Rolfzen, Amber Rolfzen, Kelly Hunter, and Nick Bartels all rate at the top 1% of the index at Nebraska! This goes to show that not only do we prepare athletes for the next level, but we prepare them to be great at the next level! Kelly Hunter and Nick Bartels also were selected as the “Lifters of the Year” for their respective sports!
Vicky McIntyre is originally from Omaha nebraska where she attended Omaha Marian high school. Vicky went on to play basketball at Oklahoma State, University of Florida, and Oral Roberts. Vicky’s senior year at Oral Roberts she broke 21 records and led the nation in rebounds and block shots, double doubles, and triple doubles, and received All-American honors. Vicky was drafted by the Seattle Storm with the 20th pick overall of the WNBA. She also has played over in China and is currently a free agent looking to become one of the top WNBA players and has hopes of playing in the Olympics one day. Vicky checked in at Xplosive Edge on Friday July, 10th to take her game to the next level. Vicky has enjoyed training at Xedge and is making great strides.
