Premier Volleyball 12s-14s

12’s-14’s Age Groups – Nov.6, 2017 – Jun.23, 2018 (8 months of training). These athletes will have two (2) 45 min. training sessions per week. The cost of training will be $96 a month for 8 months to be billed at $96 a month during the training program.
All training packages include the “fueling tactics” nutrition program, pre and post testing, a postural restoration sports pre screen, and one SAQ session per month.

Premier Volleyball 15s-18s

15’s-18’s Age Groups – Nov. 27, 2017 – Jun. 30, 2018 (7 months of training). These athletes will have two (2) 45 min. training sessions per week. The cost of training will be $96 a month for 7 months to be billed at $96 a month during the training program.

All training packages include the “fueling tactics” nutrition program, pre and post testing, a postural restoration sports pre screen, and one SAQ session per month.

16’s-18’s Age Groups PREMIER PACKAGE TRAINING – Nov. 27, 2015 – Jun. 29, 2018 (7 months of training). These athletes will have four 90 min. training sessions per week. The cost of training will be $180 a month for 7 months to be billed at $180 a month during the training program. All training for the PREMIER PACKAGE TRAINING will take place at our home facility located at 14706 Giles Rd. inside the Omaha Sports Complex.

All training packages include the “fueling tactics” nutrition program, pre and post testing, a postural restoration sports pre screen.

Adult Edge 12 Mo. Contract

$180.00 mo.

(1-week break in between every camp) 4 days a week

Designed for any adult coming from any walk of life, the Adult Edge is a scientifically researched training program designed to specifically target body fat loss by increasing lean muscle mass. This is not your everyday Adult boot camp.

The Xplosive Edge will incorporate its renowned “Husker Power Principles” to get the adult to perform better and maximize their workouts. Emphasis is put on increasing strength, agility, range of motion, and balance as well as developing power.

Xplosive Edge staff will help each adult regain proper biomechanical position via breathing, strengthening, and proper activation of certain muscle groups. Nutritional analysis and Fueling tactics will be covered with each adult as well as pre and post performance and body fat testing.

This is accomplished through a variety of speed and agility drills on the field and strength and explosive lifts in the weight room.

With all emphasis on form and technique, the Xplosive Edge staff will help the developing athlete acquire proper neuromuscular recruitment patterns which lead to an overall decrease in injury and improvement in performance.

(4 weeks of training) 2 days a week / 1 hr. sessions Mon/Thurs 6:30-7:30pm, Tues/Fri 6:30-7:30pm
