Xplosive Edge Camp

Xplosive Edge Camp is designed for athletes ages 13-18, where High School age athletes will take their performance to a new level. Devised from the principles developed out of the University of Nebraska, in the days of Husker Power, the Xplosive Edge is designed to help youth athletes increase performance and decrease injuries.

(6 week training camps) 4x per week, 90 min. sessions M/T/Th/F, 4-5:30pm

(8 week training camps) 4x per week, 90 min. sessions M/T/Th/F, 6:30-8am, 9-10am, 5-6:30pm

Dates:

March 6 – April 14

April 17 – May 26

June 5 – July 8 (Summer Training, 8 Weeks)

August 7 – September 29 (Summer Training, 8 Weeks)

 

12mo Contact:

(12 months of training, 1 week break every camp) 4 days a week

6mo Contract:
(6 months of training, 1 week break every camp) 4 days a week
