Prep Edge Camp is designed for athletes ages 13-18, where High School age athletes will take their performance to a new level. Devised from the principles developed out of the University of Nebraska, in the days of Husker Power, the Prep Edge Camp is designed to help youth athletes increase performance and decrease injuries.
(6 week training camps) 4x per week, 90 min. sessions M/T/Th/F, 4-5:30pm
Aug. 7 – Sept. 15
Sept. 25 – Nov. 3
Nov. 13 – Dec. 22
(12 months of training, 1-week break every camp) 4 days a week
(6 months of training, 1-week break every camp) 4 days a week
